Shraddha Mehta on behalf of SINTEF and UCD presented a poster on the preliminary results from the Social LCA indicator survey in Task 4.5 at the HAVBRUK2018 conference on 18-20 April in Oslo. The conference was attended by more than 400 people from the Norwegian aquaculture industry including researchers, companies, government associations and the Prime Minister of Norway.
The Social LCA indicator survey is being carried out by SINTEF to pick the most relevant and important indicators for Social LCA of Salmon by ranking indicators out of a list of 15 potential indicators. The survey is sent to researchers, aquaculture companies, consumers and local community in Norway and the results of the survey were presented at this conference.
