The aim of this workshop was to present the findings from VALUMICS to the salmon industry stakeholders and discuss solutions for better understanding of the value chain dynamics in order to respond to the future challenges in a robust manner. This workshop was used to present and discuss different perspectives on supply chain planning, role of market dynamics and resilience towards economic and environmental risks in the salmon value chain. Group discussions focussed on how to develop better models and solutions for decision making and value chain optimization.
The stakeholders and VALUMICS partners made presentations and provided each other with feedback. It was a valuable stakeholder co-creation.
